Singapore’s Silver Support Scheme is our promise that everyone can retire with dignity. This scheme started back in 2016 to help seniors whose pay never quite kept up. It’s getting more generous in 2025, with larger cash payments, and the money shows up in your bank account every three months.
Am I Getting This in November?
To be counted for this November boost, the list is straightforward. Singaporeans aged 65 or older don’t need to sign up or fill out forms. You simply need to fit a few basic facts: your total CPF savings at age 55 should be no greater than 140,000, you and your partners houldliveina 5−room flat or smaller,and your whole house hold must earn,on average,no more than2,300 for each person every month.
Quarterly Payouts: A Breakdown of Support!
How much you get each quarter depends on where you live and how much your household makes. For seniors in 1- and 2-room HDB flats whose household monthly income is 1,500 or less,the pay ment in November 2025 could beas high as 1,080. If you live in a 3-room unit, you might see 860,while 4−room flat resident scould get 650. Seniors living in a 5-room flat that’s not owned can get $430 every three months.
Seamless Payment Distribution
Paying you is a whole lot simpler now. Silver Support payments land in your account automatically. If you’ve got a PayNow account linked to your NRIC, the money goes straight to your bank. If you’ve told the government your bank account details before that’s where the deposit will go. If those options don’t work for you, GovCash is a quick and easy back-up.
Special Consideration for ComCare Recipients
Seniors already on ComCare Long-Term Assistance have an extra safety net. No matter what flat you live in, you’ll see a steady $430 added to your account every quarter. This gives you a nice cushion on top of whatever help you already get.
Circle This Date on Your Calendar: November 2025 Payment News!
The cash for the October to December payment window drops into accounts on September 30, 2025. Seniors who qualify will get their notification letter in December, so everyone will know exactly what to expect for the next quarter’s help.
